For more than 16 years, Columbia Contractors (ColCon) has excelled in commercial building, new home construction, residential restoration, remodeling projects and roofing.
We specialize in delivering a collaboration of our clients’ vision, built to exacting specifications, designed to fulfill clients’ wishes and maintain historical integrity. ColCon is a locally-owned full-service general contractor, providing commercial construction and design services for tenant fit-outs, offices, schools, labs, restaurants (store remodels for Subway) and businesses throughout the Baltimore Washington region. We have also provided new construction to more challenging projects such as a tower foundation in a high water table locale and a railroad car unloading and conveying system.
In addition, ColCon can provide expertise on historic restoration and remodeling projects which offer unique opportunities to blend modern living and historic character. Homes, whose ages are counted, not in years, but by century, offer design and construction challenges where nothing can be taken for granted, not even the type of fasteners to be used in construction.
